  • All custom cakes require 3-days notice. If you would like a cake within a 24-72 hour period, there is an additional $20 rush charge. If your cake pick-up date is within the 72-hour time period, you will receive an invoice. For custom cakes needed within 24 hours, please email us directly and we will let you know whether or not the order can be completed.

  • Cakes will be available for pickup at 6 p.m. on the pick-up date. If you would like your cake for earlier in the day, please set your pick-up date for the day before. We cannot guarantee a cake will be ready earlier in the day unless this step is taken! Cakes must be picked up within 2 days of the set date or they will be sampled out to other guests, and you will have to re-order and pay for a new cake. You will receive an email with contact info when your cake is ready for pick-up.

  • Our cakes have a shelf life in your fridge of 3-4 days. Please make sure to enjoy or freeze your cake before the expiration date written on the bottom of the cake board. Cream Cheese frosting looks its best on the first day! If you are hoping to get photos of your cake keep this in mind. You may notice some cracking in the frosting if the cake is kept uncovered in the fridge for more than 1-2 days. Cakes can stay out for up to 6 hours on the counter. 

  • The toppers on your cake may be supported with toothpicks that can be choking hazards for your furry friends. Please make sure to check the top of your cake for these before serving our treats to your pups. The inside of the cake will be free of skewers.

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship our cakes. They are available for delivery (within 5 mi of 97210) or pick-up only.
